GALOR Lookbooks have become a powerful tool for advancing the skills of professionals while showcasing their creativity and expertise. Each GALOR lookbook is a true guide to men's style, helping to shape trends in haircuts and beyond. For salons, they are an essential part of the atmosphere and a way to present possible styles to their clients.
GALOR project is not only about professional cosmetics but also about the service that ensures its proper use. To continuously improve service quality and deliver maximum efficiency, professionals must regularly upgrade their skills and knowledge. That’s why we created our internal educational program—GALOR CONSULT—with the main goal of enhancing the knowledge and skills of men's service specialists, as well as salon managers and owners, to maximize business outcomes.
GALOR CONSULT includes a variety of training programs, covering different aspects of barbershop or men's salon operations. Through these systems, salons can significantly increase their effectiveness: introducing new services (beard care, wet shaving, facial or scalp care), improving staff qualifications, enhancing customer service and hospitality, and learning essential salon management skills.
